Workout Day 2

So yesterday I started this:

20 push-ups, 5x set
50 squats, 10x set
Plank, 1 minx set or 1 plank for two mins

That's my routine for the next thirty days. Homework after signing up for 96 training sessions at my gym. I feel like I might have gone a little insane, but they start taking fees on Friday. Honestly, it's the diabetes. I want to kick its a$$. I realized that ever since I first hurt my back, I quit being active. I didn't want to deal with needing medication & going to the doctor so I "managed" the pain by doing nothing.

And now I'm paying a heavy price. I've lost strength that I used to be proud of & accumulated health problems I never wanted.

So this is what I'm doing to fix it. I hope that by the end of the sessions I'll have both the practical knowledge & discipline to carry on alone.
